APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Virtual Nurse Consultant to join our growing team full time in Conyers, GA. Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual nursing consultations and clinical guidance to patients and healthcare teams
- Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate appropriate follow-up care
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care recommendations accurately in electronic health records (EHR)
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and wellness strategies
- Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing telehealth support and case management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and company policies
Requirements:
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing (Georgia licensure preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a relevant healthcare setting
- Experience with telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and virtual care delivery
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a virtual caseload efficiently
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
