Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Virtual School Case Worker to join Jersey's Virtual School team on a fixed term contract of 12 months. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with children and young people who are in care and are care experienced. You will be helping to ensure they receive the support they need to achieve positive educational outcomes. Working alongside schools, social workers, carers and other professionals, you will champion the educational needs of some of Jersey's most vulnerable children and young people, ensuring their voice is heard and their potential is realised.
