Microsoft Teams Producer -- Romanian Language (Contract)

About This Role
We're seeking an experienced, Romanian- and English-fluent virtual classroom producer to support virtual training sessions on Microsoft Teams. You'll work directly with facilitators and participants, managing the technology so the learning stays front and center.
This role requires virtual training proficiency in Microsoft Teams. You should already have hands-on experience producing virtual training sessions. This is not an entry-level opportunity.
You'll bring:
- Fluency in Romanian and English
- Proven experience producing live virtual training sessions in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Teams
- A calm, professional presence and sharp troubleshooting instincts
- A service mindset: you anticipate needs, communicate proactively, and care about the details
- A wired internet connection and solid tech setup (150 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up or better)
How It Works
This is a freelance, contract role. Work can be performed from anywhere in the world, including Thailand, as long as you have a strong, stable internet connection. No US work authorization is required.
