Role Description This full-time Visual Merchandiser role is based in Mangalore, TAS and follows a hybrid model, combining on-site work at retail locations with some work-from-home flexibility. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for planning, creating, and implementing attractive window displays and in-store layouts that highlight products and support brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include visiting stores, ensuring planogram compliance, maintaining visual standards, coordinating with store and sales teams, and monitoring the effectiveness of merchandising campaigns. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to execute seasonal and promotional displays, optimizing customer flow and product visibility, and preparing basic reports or photo documentation of merchandising activities. The Visual Merchandiser also supports training store staff on visual merchandising basics to help sustain consistent presentation standards.
Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with store teams, sales staff, and brand representatives.
• Hands-on experience in retail environments, with an understanding of store operations and on-ground execution.
• Customer service orientation, with a focus on creating engaging, shopper-friendly visual experiences.
• Basic sales awareness to align merchandising efforts with product visibility and promotional priorities.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining window displays and in-store visual concepts that follow brand guidelines.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for color, layout, and presentation.
• Ability to travel to multiple store locations in and around Mangalore, TAS as required.
• Comfort with a hybrid work model, managing both on-site visits and remote planning or reporting tasks.
• Relevant experience in visual merchandising, fashion, retail, or related fields; formal training in design or merchandising is an advantage.
