Our operations teams serve as the backbone of our global enterprise, establishing the rhythm, transparency, and operational discipline needed to deliver exceptional value to our customers and teams worldwide.

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a central role in driving the smooth, measurable operation of your business unit. You will connect data, processes, and actionable insights to enhance business performance, improve visibility across day-to-day activities, and support strategic execution.

In your day-to-day environment, you will partner closely with finance and business leaders across global functions. You will run operational reviews, track key metrics, analyze financial performance, and ensure consistent execution across ongoing operational rhythms and key strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do

Operational Rhythm and Governance

• Support business unit and functional management review processes by preparing inputs, tracking actions, and driving outcomes to completion

• Track operational metrics, including process performance, audit readiness, and satisfaction measures, to ensure execution consistency

• Coordinate with stakeholders across functions and geographies to maintain consistent processes and deliverable timelines

Financial and Performance Visibility

• Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify key trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities

• Support revenue, profit, cost, and expense performance analyses to improve decision-making and operational visibility

• Assist with budget tracking, forecasting inputs, and variance analyses in close partnership with finance and business leaders

Process Improvement and Strategic Execution

• Contribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of business processes, controls, and procedures

• Support in-depth analysis of key operational initiatives and gaps, helping teams prioritize and execute corrective actions

• Help teams work together across functions to drive shared operational goals and maintain high operational standards

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience supporting business operations, business management, or operational performance activities

• Ability to analyze financial, operational, or performance data and translate findings into clear insights

• Experience supporting budgeting, cost management, or financial performance tracking

• Experience documenting and improving business processes, controls, or procedures

• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, track actions, and meet deadlines with consistency

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to support shared operational goals

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience in an enterprise or shared services environment

• Familiarity with management review processes or operational governance forums

• Experience supporting audits, compliance activities, or operational reporting

• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, reporting, or business analysis tools
