Job Description Voice & Collaboration Engineer Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für die innovative Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb der Contact Center Plattform Genesys Cloud CX Entwicklung und Administration von Integrationen der Genesys in die Anwendungssysteme der HDI Bereitstellung bzw. Einbindung von LLM Funktionen auf der / in die Genesys Contact Center Plattform Auch Administration und Weiterentwicklung moderner VoIP-Telefonie-Lösungen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklerteams, Product Ownern und Fachbereichen Dein Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum:r Fachinformatiker:in Systemintegration oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Kommunikationstechnik oder (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Kenntnisse und nachgewiesene Praxiserfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung Idealerweise Erfahrungen im Bereich Contact Center oder hohe Motivation, sich in dieses Umfeld einzuarbeiten Analytisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an teamübergreifender Zusammenarbeit im agilen Kontext Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
