What We Need
AgeSmart collaborates with partners including Helping Hand, SAGE, District Health Centres, and various NGOs to deliver health and wellness initiatives to the community. We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help us roll out community programmes across Hong Kong.As an AgeSmart Community Programme Ambassador, you will leverage your networks and interests to promote healthy lifestyles among older adults, engage participants, and build a vibrant health community.
What We Have
This volunteer project serves as the operational bridge between AgeSmart's strategic vision and the daily lives of Hong Kong's older adults. The ambassadors translate the organisation's innovative tools and templates into tangible, community-led action, ensuring that AgeSmart's solutions are not just theoretical, but actively improving health outcomes across the city.

What We Do
AgeSmart Innovation Alliance Limited (瑞齡科技協會有限公司)'s mission is to provide support to our older adults in the community through the use of innovative solutions to proactively enhance preventive self-management of their health and to maintain independent functional ability.
What We Need
- Health Campaigns: Write health blogs, share wellness tips, and curate health-related content | Writers, content creators, health professionals
- Leaderboard & Challenges: Set up and manage leaderboards for step counts, weight loss, or activity challenges | Gamification enthusiasts, sports/fitness lovers
- Health Blogs & Content: Write health blogs, share wellness tips, and curate health-related content | Writers, content creators, health professionals
- Community Engagement: Build and manage community groups, encourage participation, and respond to member queries | Social connectors, community builders
- Event Support: Assist with programme launch events, workshops, and participant onboarding | Event organisers, outgoing personalities
- Health Activity Status Sharing: Encourage participants to share their health activity progress and celebrate achievements | Motivators, social media savvy volunteers

- Access to the AgeSmart Community Programme Librar y- Training on using the programme platform features (leaderboard, campaigns, health blogs, status sharing )- Regular support from the AgeSmart team - Programme templates and materials
