What We Need
Mayaa is a volunteer-led charity supporting underprivileged children through education, health and social support in Hong Kong and Nepal.In 2027, Mayaa plans to organise a new edition of Cabaret by Mayaa, a major fundraising dinner and show in Hong Kong combining live performances, auctions and corporate sponsorships. We already have an existing sponsorship presentation that introduces the event, presents Mayaa’s work and explains the different sponsorship opportunities.For the 2027 edition, we would like to strengthen the content of this presentation. The core information already exists, but we want the wording to be sharper, more concise and more persuasive, with a stronger narrative for potential corporate sponsors and partners.

Why this is important
A stronger fundraising message will help Mayaa HK communicate its mission and the value of supporting Cabaret 2027 more effectively to potential sponsors and partners.By improving the wording, structure and overall narrative of the presentation, this project can help us make a stronger case for support, increase engagement with prospective corporate partners, and ultimately secure more sponsorships and contributions for the event.The funds raised through Cabaret by Mayaa will support Mayaa’s education, health and social initiatives for disadvantaged children and families in Hong Kong and Nepal.

Mayaa is a Hong Kong-based volunteer-run organization supporting over 500 underprivileged children in Hong Kong and 300 in Nepal through access to education, health, and daily care. We believe that every child deserves a fair start in life, and we work closely with families, schools, and communities to ensure long-term impact. All our operations are powered by volunteers, which means every dollar raised directly benefits the children we support.
What We Need
- Review the existing Cabaret by Mayaa sponsorship presentation and assess the clarity, tone and persuasiveness of the messaging for potential sponsors and partners
- Rewrite key slides to make the content more concise, impactful and engaging
- Strengthen the overall storytelling and flow of the presentation, from introducing Mayaa and the event to explaining sponsorship opportunities and impact
