Responsibilities Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of the WordPress-based GetAJob.ai JobBoard. Support the creation and modification of custom plugins and themes to improve user experience. Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress and job board functionality. Collaborate with the team to implement new features and optimize existing ones. Ensure the website is responsive, secure, and performs well across multiple platforms. Document code and development processes clearly. Learn and adapt to the workflows of a dynamic, volunteer-driven environment. Basic knowledge of WordPress development, including familiarity with themes and plugins. Understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a collaborative environment. Good communication skills and ability to work with a remote or volunteer team. Commitment to dedicating time regularly to the internship. Prior experience or interest in job board platforms or recruitment technology is a plus but not required.
