Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Customer Experience located in Dubai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Vice President of Customer Experience will be responsible for developing and implementing customer experience strategies, overseeing customer service operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves conducting strategic planning, analyzing customer feedback, and leading initiatives to enhance the overall customer journey and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Experience, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing customer feedback and service performance
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning to develop and implement customer experience strategies
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred
• Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus
