LevelBlue reduces risk and builds lasting resilience so organizations can innovate and advance their mission with confidence. As the world’s most analyst-recognized and largest pure-play managed security services provider, LevelBlue elevates client outcomes that matter: stronger defense, faster response, and sustained business continuity. LevelBlue combines AI-powered security operations, advanced threat intelligence, and elite human expertise to provide the most comprehensive portfolio of strategic advisory, managed security, offensive security, and incident response services.
About the Role
The VP, Enterprise Transformation & Integration is LevelBlue’s enterprise transformation leader, responsible for translating company strategy into disciplined execution across the portfolio of major transformation and integration initiatives. Reporting to the CFO and working across the executive leadership team, the VP will establish and lead the enterprise Transformation Management Office (TMO), providing portfolio governance, program leadership, cross-functional coordination, benefits realization, and executive visibility across company-wide priorities.
The VP will serve as the connective leader across business and functional teams and external advisors, aligning scope, milestones, dependencies, resources, decisions, and outcomes through a single integrated transformation agenda. The portfolio will span enterprise integrations, operating model and process transformation, technology and data modernization, ERP and finance transformation, TSA exits, organizational readiness, and other strategic initiatives designated by LevelBlue leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Transformation Portfolio Leadership
- Own the enterprise transformation and integration portfolio and ensure alignment to LevelBlue strategic and executive priorities
- Translate strategic priorities into an integrated enterprise roadmap with clear outcomes, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, decision rights, and accountability
- Apply structured prioritization to sequence initiatives and concentrate resources on the highest-value opportunities
- Develop business cases and recommendations for major transformation investments, including expected financial and operational benefits
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, and improve operating models, processes, technology, and ways of working across the company
- Ensure initiatives deliver sustainable business outcomes and quantified benefits, not simply completion of project activities
2. Transformation Management Office
- Establish and lead the enterprise TMO as the central hub for LevelBlue’s company-wide transformation and integration agenda
- Implement standardized approaches for initiative intake, planning, execution, change control, risk management, benefits realization, and closeout
- Maintain the integrated enterprise transformation roadmap and master plan across major workstreams
- Develop portfolio dashboards and executive reporting covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, resources, savings, cost-to-achieve, EBITDA impact, and operational KPIs
- Maintain RAID logs, dependency maps, decision logs, milestone tracking, action plans, and benefits baselines
- Create clear accountability across executive sponsors and workstream leaders and escalate decisions requiring executive intervention
- Institute a high-velocity leadership reporting and governance cadence that accelerates decisions and drives accountability
3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Advisor Coordination
- Serve as the cross-functional leader connecting business units and enabling functions across major transformation initiatives
- Coordinate internal workstream leaders and external advisors through a single integrated plan with aligned scope, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and accountability
- Facilitate executive steering committees and cross-functional forums with clear sponsorship, decision rights, escalation paths, and action ownership
- Act as a trusted thought partner to the CFO and executive leadership team on transformation priorities, resource allocation, tradeoffs, risks, and execution
4. Enterprise Integration Leadership
- Lead enterprise integration planning and execution for acquisitions, business combinations, organizational changes, TSA exits, and other major integrations
- Coordinate integration across business operations, technology, data, people, customer, finance, legal, controls, and third-party dependencies
- Establish Day 1, 30/60/90-day, and longer-term integration priorities, milestones, and readiness criteria
- Drive integration into LevelBlue’s target-state operating model, technology environment, governance, and management processes
- Develop repeatable integration playbooks and incorporate lessons learned across transactions and major change programs
5. Technology, Data & ERP Transformation
- Partner with business, Finance, and Technology leadership to define and execute major technology, data, and ERP transformation priorities
- Provide enterprise leadership across requirements, process design, data, testing, cutover, organizational readiness, and cross-functional dependencies
- Ensure ERP and finance modernization initiatives are integrated with related business, technology, data, controls, and operating model workstreams
- Provide executive visibility into program status, risks, dependencies, decisions, resource needs, and realized benefits
6. Governance, Benefits Realization & Executive Reporting
- Establish enterprise governance standards that provide transparent visibility into portfolio progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, resources, and benefits
- Track financial and operational impact against approved baselines and hold initiative leaders accountable for benefit realization
- Ensure material control, audit, compliance, and execution risks are incorporated into transformation governance and remediation tracking
- Prepare concise executive and board-level transformation reporting and decision materials on a predictable cadence
7. Change Management & Organizational Readiness
- Ensure change management and organizational readiness are embedded in major transformation and integration programs from design through implementation
- Identify organizational, process, technology, data, and capability gaps that could limit realization of transformation outcomes and coordinate solutions
- Align communications, stakeholder engagement, training, adoption, and readiness activities across affected functions
- Build commitment across leaders and teams while driving disciplined follow-through on transformation decisions and commitments
8. Team & Capability Building
- Build and lead a high-performing Enterprise Transformation & Integration capability
- Establish clear roles, objectives, operating rhythms, performance expectations, and development priorities for the TMO team
- Coach executive sponsors, project leaders, and workstream owners in disciplined execution, governance, and change leadership
- Develop durable internal transformation, integration, program-management, and benefits-realization capabilities across LevelBlue
Required Qualifications

- Experience establishing or leading an enterprise TMO, PMO, transformation office, integration management office, or comparable portfolio-management capability
- Demonstrated experience leading integrations, TSA exits, or other complex business combinations and enterprise change programs
- Experience with ERP, technology, data, process, and operating model transformation; strong understanding of Finance processes and systems is beneficial
- Experience directing multiple internal teams and external advisors through complex programs with significant interdependencies
- Executive presence and experience advising senior leaders and developing board- and executive-level decision materials
- Strong portfolio, program, risk, financial, benefits-realization, and stakeholder-management capabilities
- Exceptional communication, analytical, organizational, influencing, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive accountability and decisions across functions without relying solely on direct authority
- Comfort operating in a highly visible, ambiguous, fast-paced transformation environment
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college or university degree is a plus.
