VP of Casino Marketing Analytics

Vice President Casino Marketing Analytics: Lead Casino Marketing (VIP) Analytics function that performs VIP host performance benchmarking analyses, decision support around VIP customer profitability, host book optimization modeling and VIP strategic initiatives support. The team’s role is to be the source of truth on current VIP vertical performance and to identify and provide recommendations to improve future performance.

· Manage VIP host performance process including setting targets and ensuring reporting and data is accurate to enable timely host bonus payments

· Support monthly VIP profitability review process to optimize VIP reinvestment decisions

· Lead recurring VIP host optimization modeling exercises to ensure sales and service tasks are balanced and appropriately prioritized

· Support Casino Marketing strategic initiatives through objective performance measurement and reporting

· Discover insights and share innovative opportunities to improve Casino Marketing performance through technology

· Lead ad hoc analyses supporting Casino Marketing vertical

· Mentor and train team on analytical and modeling methods

· Recruit and maintain a capable, highly engaged, and low turnover analytical team

· Demonstrate strong and effective communication skills to stakeholders outside of analytics, ranging from senior management to corporate partners to operations teams

· Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree strongly preferred

· Track record of delivering performance improvements through analytical insights

· 10+ years combined analysis, statistics, VIP marketing and casino gaming experience preferred

· 3+ years leading analytical teams preferred

· SQL proficiency (ability to interact with data in large databases through direct SQL syntax)

knowledge of statistical modeling techniques

· MS Office Product proficiency (ability to manage data/reports in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Ability to quickly understand business problems and deliver creative, analytics-based solutions

· Effective leadership skills demonstrating empathy and building trust with team and stakeholders

· Effective management skills demonstrating ability to manage and prioritize team work loads

· Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences through data visualization and narratives (Tableau experience preferred)
