Role Description The VP of Digital Transformation is a full-time, hybrid role based in Riyadh, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role leads the design and execution of end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, aligning technology, data, and processes with BEAMRA’s strategic goals and client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining transformation roadmaps, overseeing digital programs and projects, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. The VP will collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation, improve customer journeys, and embed AI-driven decision-making into operations. Additional responsibilities include managing executive-level communications, guiding change management efforts, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Must be Saudi citizen or resident of Saudi Arabia

• Demonstrated expertise in Digital Transformation and Business Transformation, with a track record of leading complex, multi-year initiatives.
• Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, define KPIs, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Consulting experience in advising organizations on digital strategy, operating models, and process optimization.
• Advanced Project Management capabilities, including governance, risk management, and stakeholder coordination across multiple workstreams.
• Extensive experience in AI, data-driven solutions, or technology-enabled business change, ideally within SaaS or platform-based environments.
• Proven leadership skills, including the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MIS) is preferred.
• Experience working in or with organizations in the GCC region, with familiarity with local market dynamics, is an advantage.
