Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented VP of Full-Stack Development to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive automated and manual testing protocols.
• Manage complex departmental budgets, strategic forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
• Identify, troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers on new features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• High-level proficiency with industry-standard project management software (Asana, Jira, Monday).
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of version control systems, primarily Git.
• Proven comfort and productivity operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.
