We have an exceptional opportunity for a Vice President of Operations for our Omni Channel Retail business unit. This role will lead the strategic direction and operational performance of a complex, fast-paced portfolio supporting some of the UK's most recognised retail brands. Operating across multiple channels, including e-commerce, store replenishment and returns, the Vice President will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, driving operational excellence and ensuring sustainable growth across a diverse network of customer operations.

This executive leadership role will play a critical part in shaping the future of DHL's Omni Channel Retail business. Balancing customer expectations, operational performance and commercial success, you'll lead large-scale operations through periods of growth, transformation and innovation. Working closely with customers, commercial teams and operational leaders, you'll leverage data, technology and continuous improvement to create scalable, future-ready solutions that enhance service, strengthen partnerships and deliver DHL's bottom lines

• Build and grow high performing engaged teams to enable the delivery of business objectives across all dimensions including people, financial, customer and operations.
• Run world class safe operations that deliver value through a clear continuous improvement agenda to ensure that we always delight our customers.
• Create value for DHL through creative solutions and strong commercial management. Identify, anticipate, and communicate future risks & opportunities, creating strategies to mitigate risks and accelerate opportunities.
• Deliver opportunities to extend relationships with existing customers through new products / services, leveraging the strength and breadth of the wider organisation, whilst also working closely with Business Development to win and embed new customers.
• Stay connected to industry trends and market forces, leading change and developing innovative solutions.
• Champion DHL values, embracing and embedding DHL programmes and initiatives into your business area. Collaborate and work in partnership with your peers and the wider business.
• Champion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems and provide clear and effective communication, collaboration and influence across BU's and Functions.
