About the Role

As a
Vice President

you will take a leadership role in financial due diligence engagements, working
directly with private equity firms and corporate clients. You will oversee deal
execution, manage client relationships, and provide strategic financial
insights that drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial due
diligence projects from initial client briefing to final report delivery.

Conduct
in-depth
financial and operational analysis

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
·
Experience:
3–6
years in transaction advisory, due diligence, or a Big 4 firm.
·
Certification:
CPA,
CFA, or equivalent is highly preferred.

Skills:
Excellent
financial analysis, leadership, and client management abilities.
