The Role
We are looking for a versatile Frontend Engineer to join our Warsaw hub. You will architect and build modern web applications, moving fluidly between React and Vue.
Most of our current pipeline involves Travel, Real Estate, and Healthcare, with a specific focus on integrating AI capabilities directly into user products. You won't just be coding interfaces; you will be defining how users interact with AI-driven backends.
We also believe the future of coding is AI-assisted. We expect you to leverage tools like Claude Code and Cursor to move faster and focus on high-level architecture rather than boilerplate.

What You’ll Build & How

• Architecture: Develop scalable frontend architectures using React (Next.js) and Vue (Nuxt.js) with TypeScript.
• AI-First Workflow: Utilize AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, V0) to accelerate feature delivery, refactoring, and testing.
• UI/UX: Translate designs into performant interfaces using Tailwind CSS and maintainable component libraries (Storybook).
• Real-Time Data: Implement real-time state management and data synchronization (WebSockets, TanStack Query) for dynamic user experiences.
• Performance: Optimize Core Web Vitals, accessibility (a11y), and rendering performance.
• Collaboration: Work in a hybrid setup with designers and backend engineers to define API contracts and product logic.

What You Bring

• Production Experience: Strong portfolio of modern web applications. We value React and Vue equally and look for developers adaptable enough to work with both.
• TypeScript Fluency: You don't just use any; you understand generics, utility types, and type safety.
• AI Literacy: You are comfortable using AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) as a daily driver to enhance productivity.
• Modern CSS: Deep knowledge of modern layout techniques (Grid/Flexbox) and utility-first styling (Tailwind).
• State Management: Experience handling complex client-side state and async data (e.g., Pinia, Zustand, React Query).
• Engineering Standards: A pragmatic mindset toward CI/CD, containerization (Docker), and code quality.

Nice-to-Haves

• Mobile development experience (Flutter or hybrid wrappers like Capacitor).
• Experience interacting with GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure (GCP/Azure) or Terraform.
• Design literacy (Figma).
• Open-source contributions.

The Offer

• Location: Hybrid role based in Warsaw
• Contract: B2B or Business Incubator. - guaranteed load with 30 notice period.
• Rate: Up to €40/h (approx. €6,000/month gross)., depending on skill level
