VULNERABILITY ENGINEER

EQUANS Chile (EQCL) is looking for VULNERABILITY ENGINEER we are strengthening our global cybersecurity capabilities and looking for a highly skilled Vulnerability Engineer (Wiz Specialist) to join our Security team. This role will play a key part in identifying, assessing, prioritizing, and driving remediation of security vulnerabilities across complex enterprise environments. We are particularly interested in professionals with strong experience using Wiz Cloud Security Platform and modern vulnerability management practices. What You'll Do Conduct vulnerability assessments across cloud, infrastructure, operating systems, and enterprise applications. Manage and analyze vulnerability findings from multiple security platforms. Lead vulnerability remediation efforts in collaboration with infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and application teams. Track remediation activities through platforms such as Jira and ServiceNow. Develop vulnerability metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting. Support vulnerability management automation through scripting and process optimization. Contribute to improving vulnerability management policies, standards, and operational procedures. Monitor emerging threats and recommend mitigation strategies. Required Experience Mandatory 3+ years of experience in Vulnerability Management, Cybersecurity Operations, or Security Engineering. Hands-on experience with Wiz Cloud Security Platform (WIZ) . Experience analyzing and prioritizing vulnerabilities using CVE, CVSS, and risk-based methodologies. Experience coordinating remediation activities with technical teams. Strong understanding of cloud security concepts and enterprise security controls. Conversational to advanced English (B2 or higher). Preferred Experience with Tenable.io or Tenable.sc. Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and network security fundamentals. Experience with scripting or automation tools (Python, PowerShell, Bash). Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, or CIS Controls.
