For our U.S. subsidiary V-LINE USA (Varioline Spare Parts Services Inc.) in Wall Township, NJ, we are looking for a: You will support our team responsible for our customer base, coordinating customer and supplier concerns. Job objectives: Maintain relationships with our customers, suppliers and international locations through written and verbal exchanges Grow and maintain the customer base by securing orders by providing excellent customer service Build and develop customer relationships at different levels You work closely together across interfaces in a respectful manner You respond to all customer concerns in a timely manner Your confident appearance and decision-making skills make you a competent and skilled negotiator at all levels You ensure that the daily business runs smoothly You actively work towards reaching company goals Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Know the customer KPI’s and guarantee its achievement Resolve issues in a timely manner What you can expect: Process international customer inquiries Deadline tracking of supplier offers Technical and commercial review of supplier offers Prepare price quotations to customers within given deadlines Timely clarification of customer and supplier queries Follow-up of customer offers Prompt review and processing of customer orders Negotiate supplier quotations and orders within your value limits Timely placement of supplier orders What you bring to the table: Hard-Skills Some experience in a similar position (purchasing) Proficient in standard usage of Outlook / Excel / Word Experience in SAP is a plus, but not necessarily required Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Speed and accuracy of data is essential Soft-Skills Excellent administrative and organizational skills Entrepreneurial thinking Attention to detail and due diligence Negotiation skills Reliability What you can look forward to: Hybrid Office Flexible working hours Coffee at work Medical & Dental Insurance 401k Vacation/Holidays Sick Days Interested and qualified candidates may submit their complete resume (covering entire period since high school graduation) online, please do not inquire about this position by phone.
