Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Walmart 2-Step Dropshipping Expert. The role involves managing Walmart marketplace listings, optimizing product data, and ensuring accurate inventory and pricing across all assigned SKUs. The expert will coordinate the 2-step dropshipping process, including order routing, supplier communication, and tracking updates, to maintain on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, resolving order and listing issues, maintaining compliance with Walmart policies, and collaborating with internal retail and support teams to improve operations. The role also requires proactive identification of opportunities to expand product selection, increase conversion, and reduce fulfillment errors through process refinement.

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional presence with customers and partners.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers in a remote environment.
• Candidates should possess relevant Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills to understand item positioning, pricing strategies, and marketplace competitiveness.
• Experience with Walmart marketplace operations, including 2-step dropshipping workflows, listing management, and performance metrics, is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets and e-commerce tools are preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, dropshipping, or marketplace account management is an advantage.
