Warehouse Manager

Role Description The Warehouse Manager role at Silicon Valley Nordic Beat is a part-time, hybrid position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Warehouse Manager will oversee daily warehouse operations, including organizing stock, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods. This role involves coordinating deliveries, optimizing storage space, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. The Warehouse Manager will collaborate with operations and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, handle basic equipment such as forklifts when needed, and implement process improvements that support reliable media distribution.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Stock Control and Inventory Control skills to ensure accurate tracking and organization of all items.
• Candidates should possess Inventory Management skills to maintain optimal stock levels and support timely distribution.
• Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee day-to-day warehouse workflows and improve efficiency.
• Candidates should possess Forklift Operation skills or experience with similar warehouse equipment to support safe handling of goods.
• Relevant skills such as attention to detail, basic data entry and reporting, and familiarity with warehouse or logistics software are beneficial.
• Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain coordination, and the ability to work in a hybrid setting in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, are preferred.
