Warehouse Specialist - PDX

Job Title: Warehouse Specialist （Shift starts at 8:00 PM (hybrid schedule with partial remote work flexibility based on operational needs） **Key Responsibilities:* Assist daily operations including dispatch parcel and assign tasks to DSPs, ensuring compliance with company standards. Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols. Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement. Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews. Recruit qualified DSPs and provide onboarding. Design training to improve service quality. Support fleet operations, task distribution. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Handle daily operations and emergency responses. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, bilingual in Spanish is preferred Minimum 0-1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
