Shape the Future of Water in Ireland.

AECOM is seeking an experienced water industry professional to lead a multidisciplinary professional services framework for our key client, Uisce Éireann.

Based in our Dublin city centre office – whilst also utilising our flexible hybrid work model – you will take a leading role in managing client relationships, driving framework performance and identifying opportunities for business growth. Working closely with colleagues across AECOM, you'll help deliver excellent client service while supporting the continued growth of our water business in Ireland.

Our portfolio spans water and wastewater asset planning and infrastructure delivery, covering the full project lifecycle. Our services include modelling, feasibility and appraisal, environmental and planning services, sustainability, energy and carbon reduction, engineering design, project and programme management, cost management, site supervision and commissioning.

This is an opportunity to combine client leadership, commercial management and strategic development within one of the UK and Ireland's leading infrastructure consultancies, with opportunities for further career progression across our wider business.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Lead: Act as a principal point of contact for the framework, building trusted relationships with Uisce Éireann and strengthening AECOM's reputation as a valued delivery partner.
  • Deliver: Work with project and programme teams to deliver agreed objectives across safety, quality, cost, programme and innovation. Monitor performance against framework KPIs, identify areas for improvement and ensure contractual and commercial commitments are met.
  • Grow: Partner with strategy, growth and account management colleagues to develop and deliver the framework account plan. Identify upcoming client needs and coordinate with internal teams to position AECOM for them. Coordinate bid teams, and lead the development of compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Develop: Work with your AECOM colleagues to identify areas of business need (capacity and capability), highlighting areas to expand the team through progression of internal staff and external recruitment.

Join our team.

Become part of our dynamic Water business, which boasts around 700 experts across the UK & Ireland.
