Parkview Design & Engineering is looking for an experienced MEP Technologist with strong knowledge of commercial kitchen MEP design and coordination to join our team.

MEP Technologist – Commercial Kitchen

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Work Type: Hybrid & Remote

Candidate: Indonesian

Project Focus: Commercial Kitchens, Restaurants & Food-Service Facilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop MEP layouts for commercial kitchen projects
• Coordinate HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• Design kitchen ventilation and exhaust systems
• Coordinate kitchen equipment connections and utilities
• Develop plumbing, drainage and water-supply layouts
• Coordinate electrical power requirements for kitchen equipment
• Review MEP systems with architectural and structural drawings
• Prepare detailed construction and permit drawings
• Identify and resolve MEP coordination issues
• Support revisions and project documentation

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Kitchen MEP Systems
• HVAC and kitchen exhaust/ventilation knowledge
• Plumbing and drainage design
• Electrical load and equipment connection coordination
• AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience reading architectural and engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience with USA-based projects is highly preferred
