WE LEAD Ambassadors Program

The WE LEAD Ambassadors Program is a community-driven initiative that brings together people who want to stay involved, grow together, contribute meaningfully, and help bring the WE LEAD mission to more people and places. Τhe program is open to everyone who shares our mission, including both women and men. As an ambassador, you can contribute through events, public speaking, content creation, mentoring, or community activations - depending on your interests and availability. ➡️ Each team offers a different way to contribute to the WE LEAD community. Explore the descriptions below and choose the team(s) you'd most like to be part of: 1. Events Team Purpose: Support WE LEAD's presence at events, booths, workshops, conferences, and activations. Focus: Booth support, event preparation, welcoming attendees, and sharing basic information about WE LEAD. 2. WE LEAD Speakers Team Purpose: Represent WE LEAD through speaking, facilitation, storytelling, workshops, panels, meetups, and community or NGO-facing sessions. Focus: Public speaking, panels and meetups, NGO-facing workshops, storytelling and advocacy, sharing personal WE LEAD experiences, and presenting WE LEAD's mission, programs, and impact. 3. Communications Team Purpose: Help WE LEAD capture, create, and share stories, content, and community moments that increase visibility, belonging, and engagement. Focus: Social media content, reels and short-form videos, event recaps, interviews and testimonials, blog posts, success stories, "Where are weLEADERs now?" content, and volunteer and ambassador spotlights. 4. Learning & Mentoring Team Purpose: Support the growth of WE LEAD graduates through mentoring, coaching, workshops, curriculum input, and peer-to-peer learning. Focus: Mentoring, coaching, career support, confidence-building, human skills, technical workshops, curriculum feedback, and peer-learning circles. 🔹Please take a few minutes to fill out this form.
