Tardus Wealth Strategies

Remote | 1099 Independent Contractor | 100% Uncapped Commission | Residual Income

Build your own pipeline and book of business

Tardus is seeking experienced sales professionals who know how to create opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referral relationships. You will own the full sales cycle—from initiating the first conversation to enrollment and ongoing relationship growth.

This is a 100% commission role with no base salary. You are responsible for generating your own pipeline. Company-supported opportunities may supplement your efforts, but this role is not a fit for candidates who rely on inbound leads or a company filling out their calendar.

About Tardus

Tardus Wealth Strategies helps individuals work toward sustainable cash flow and long-term wealth through a structured, consultative approach. We believe how you sell matters as much as what you sell. Our clients trust us with important financial decisions, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Who thrives here

We welcome professionals with a track record of creating and closing their own opportunities, particularly independent insurance producers, door-to-door sales professionals, and experienced 1099 or full-commission salespeople. Real estate, mortgage, B2B business development, and consultative sales backgrounds can also translate well when paired with strong prospecting skills.

You should be comfortable initiating conversations, handling rejection professionally, asking for introductions, and maintaining consistent follow-up. Experience building a book of business matters more than having sold at a specific price point.

Prospect and own your pipeline

  • Generate qualified opportunities through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and affiliate relationships.
  • Build consistent prospecting habits and proactively schedule discovery calls and strategy sessions.
  • Expand beyond your existing network and maintain enough new activity to support ongoing production.
  • Own each opportunity from initial outreach through follow-up, enrollment, and relationship development.

Build affiliate relationships that generate leads

Developing an active affiliate and referral partner network is a core responsibility of this role. We are looking for relationship builders who can earn trust with professionals serving potential Tardus clients and turn those relationships into a consistent source of qualified introductions.

  • Identify and connect with prospective affiliates and centers of influence, including CPAs, real estate agents, mortgage professionals, insurance professionals, and business owners.
  • Initiate conversations to understand each partner’s clients, priorities, and needs. Explain who Tardus serves and where an introduction may be appropriate.
  • Build relationships through reliable communication, useful information, and follow-through—not simply requests for leads.
  • Help interested partners understand the referral process and make introductions easy using Tardus resources and established processes.
  • Maintain regular contact with affiliates, strengthen productive relationships, and continue developing new partners.
  • Follow up promptly on introductions and keep partners appropriately informed while respecting prospective clients’ privacy.
  • Track partner outreach, active relationships, referrals, appointments, and resulting enrollments in the CRM.

Success means building a network of engaged partners who understand the value of Tardus and consistently introduce qualified prospects. Collecting contacts alone is not enough.

Lead consultative sales conversations

  • Conduct virtual discovery and strategy sessions using structured, question-based methods such as SPIN or NEPQ.
  • Understand each prospect’s goals, challenges, and financial priorities before discussing potential solutions.
  • Clearly explain Tardus programs, address objections honestly, and help qualified prospects make informed decisions.
  • Enroll clients into appropriate programs and identify aligned opportunities for VIP enrollment and renewals.

Use the systems and support provided

Tardus provides a consultative sales framework, training, referral development guidance, and tools to support your efforts. You bring the initiative and consistent activity needed to create business. Company-supported opportunities are supplemental, not a guaranteed source of appointments.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, clear next steps, and timely follow-up.
  • Track prospecting, affiliate development, appointments, conversions, and revenue.
  • Participate in coaching and training, apply feedback, and continuously improve your skills.
