Position Overview

We are seeking a Sitecore Web Content Editor to support a short-term website content initiative. This role will focus on creating and managing new pages within a Sitecore XM Cloud environment using established templates, approved assets, and existing brand standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Sitecore experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to independently move content from page creation through review, quality assurance, and publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and configure new web pages using existing Sitecore templates.
• Select and apply approved images, content assets, and brand elements.
• Review completed pages for formatting, accuracy, consistency, and functionality.
• Coordinate page reviews and approvals with business stakeholders.
• Make requested revisions and maintain appropriate version control.
• Publish approved content within the Sitecore XM Cloud environment.
• Ensure pages follow established content, brand, and governance standards.
• Track assigned work and meet project deadlines throughout the engagement.
• Communicate progress, questions, and potential content issues to project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of web content management or digital content editing experience.
• Hands-on experience working with Sitecore CMS.
• Experience creating and publishing pages using established templates.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to content accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pages and review cycles within tight deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Sitecore XM Cloud.
• Familiarity with Wrike or similar project management platforms.
• Understanding of content governance and approval workflows.
• Experience supporting corporate, healthcare, financial services, or other large-scale websites.
• Basic knowledge of web accessibility and digital brand standards.

Additional Details
