This role currently follows a hybrid work model, requiring on‑site presence at least 3 days per week. Dealmoon adheres to recommended health guidelines, including social distancing measures.

Job Responsibilities

1. Introduce beauty products, highlight discounts and deals, and create content that attracts and engages readers.
   
   
2. Share insights on promotions and stay familiar with trending, chic, and hot‑selling beauty items.
   
   
3. Apply positive, imaginative thinking to connect products with current hot topics and trends.
   
   
4. Produce various articles covering breaking news, trending topics, events, products, and merchandise.
   
   
5. Work closely with the team to achieve operational goals.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above preferred.
   
   
2. Strong writing skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources and produce content that matches readers’ preferences.
   
   
3. Strong interest in beauty.
   
   
4. Deep familiarity with beauty products, brands, and industry trends.
   
   
5. Actively follow beauty‑related content on Weibo, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
   
   
6. Strong learning ability, creativity, communication skills, and teamwork spirit; able to follow instructions and company policies.
   
   
7. Over one year of media experience publishing content is preferred; editorial experience is a plus.
   
   
8. Ability to read and write in both Chinese and English.

1. 折扣内容挖掘与产出： 负责不同商家促销活动的美妆产品介绍，突出折扣亮点、折扣力度及商品特点；进行信息采集与内容编辑；在公司运营规范下精准呈现折扣卖点；对价格及产品特性敏锐。
   
   
2. 活动策划与推广： 具备创意与策划能力，能分析商家促销策略并提出建议；结合热点新闻、节日活动进行内容策划与推广；负责美妆折扣在多平台、多渠道的推广。
   
   
3. 数据分析： 具备基础 Excel 操作与数据分析能力；与团队紧密合作，跨部门沟通，共同达成运营目标。
   
   

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历优先。
   
   
2. 良好的中英文沟通与读写能力优先。
   
   
3. 热爱美妆行业，日常关注社交媒体（微博、小红书、IG、YouTube 等）；熟悉美妆品牌与折扣趋势，热爱找折扣。
   
   
4. 文字功底扎实，具备内容创作能力，责任心强。
   
   
5. 性格开朗，沟通顺畅，执行力强，具备团队合作精神。
   
   
6. 能快速高效处理工作，具备多任务处理能力、应变能力与良好的时间管理能力。
   
   
7. 学习能力强，反应快，具备一定抗压能力。
   
   
8. 有一年以上相关美妆或时尚编辑经验者优先。
