Web Content Writer

We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and creative SEO Travel Blog Writer to drive organic search traffic to our travel and trekking website.

Our internal team writes our trip itineraries—your job is to make sure travelers find us on Google in the first place! You will be responsible for researching, structuring, and writing high-ranking, long-form blog posts (e.g., packing guides, seasonal travel tips, cultural deep-dives, and route comparisons) that capture search intent and naturally direct readers to our tour packages.

• SEO Blog Writing: Write well-researched, engaging, and in-depth travel blog posts (1,200–2,500+ words) tailored to rank on top page of Google.
• Keyword & Search Intent Research: Identify high-volume, low-competition keywords, long-tail search terms, and common traveler questions (People Also Ask).
• On-Page Optimization: Write search-optimized H1–H3 header structures, catchy meta titles, meta descriptions, and image alt texts for every article.
• Strategic Internal Linking: Embed contextual links within blog posts to direct organic traffic toward our booking pages and tour packages.

• SEO Writing Experience: 2+ years of proven experience writing SEO-optimized blog posts with a portfolio of articles ranking on search engines or an eagerness to learn writing a content.
• SEO Tool Knowledge: Proficiency with keyword tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Google Keyword Planner) and a basic understanding of Search Console.
• Travel Domain Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Himalayan travel, culture, weather windows, trekking routes (Nepal, Bhutan, etc.), and travel logistics.
• Flawless English: Exceptional storytelling ability, native-level English grammar, and the ability to adapt tone for international audiences (US, UK, Europe, Australia).
• Formatting Skills: Ability to structure articles using scannable elements (bullet points, comparison tables, short paragraphs) to optimize readability and keep bounce rates low.
