SpredX is a full stack AI-native growth agency for local businesses. We provide web development and hosting, analytics suite, SEO & AEO services, ongoing content production, social media management, ads management, CRM and leads automation.
Our mission is to become the market leader for local business growth, and we're building a team that can carry that mission with us. We run over 100 active clients with an 8 person team, and 5% monthly churn.
About the Role
We're looking for a highly motivated, experienced website developer and designer to join our team. Reporting directly to our Founder & CEO, you'll build the websites that power our clients' businesses. Every site is built on the same tech stack - WordPress with Elementor - backed by our Siteground hosting, Elementor Pro, and Envato Elements accounts, so you'll always have the best tools available and one consistent workflow to master.
We're also starting to move toward AI-built websites. We don't yet know exactly when that transition will be complete, so for now you'll need to be strong with WordPress and Elementor while also being comfortable using AI tools — and ready to shift as our process evolves.
This role is not client-facing unless you want it to be. You'll have direct, unlimited access to our Founder & CEO and real room to grow as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Builds - build client websites on WordPress and Elementor efficiently and to a consistent quality standard
- Landing Page Builds - design and build high-converting landing pages
- Branding & Design - develop branding and visual design elements for client sites
- Content Creation - produce social media posts and blog content for clients using our in-house AI tools
- Website Maintenance - keep live client sites updated, running smoothly, and performing well
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building websites with Elementor
- Strong design and branding sense - balanced with a bias for speed and efficiency. We need someone who can design something great without over-polishing it at the expense of turnaround time and profitability
- Some graphic design skill, and comfort producing social and blog content with AI-assisted tools
- Comfortable using AI, and excited to keep adapting as we move more of our build process toward AI
- Excellent communication skills and a talent for fostering teamwork
- Highly motivated and efficient - we value hard work and getting things done

Compensation
- $2,000–$2,500 USD/month, based on experience. with room to grow to $3,000+ and beyond as you prove yourself within our system and at scale.
