Webflow Developer

We're looking for a Webflow Developer to own the website for a fast-moving B2B AI company. You will build and maintain pages, develop conversion-optimized landing pages for campaigns and product launches, manage the CMS, and ensure the site performs reliably and looks polished at all times. This is a hands-on execution role. You will be the person who ships pages quickly when marketing needs something live, keeps the site clean and technically sound, and brings strong Webflow fundamentals without needing heavy oversight. If you are proficient in Webflow, understand B2B SaaS website conventions, and can move fast without breaking things, this role is a strong fit. Why You'll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive This role requires availability during US business hours Work inside a fast-moving AI company with enterprise clients and a product that is already generating real results High-ownership web role with direct impact on how the brand shows up online What You'll Work On Webflow Development and Page Building Build, update, and maintain website pages in Webflow with clean, production-ready code and structure Develop new landing pages for campaigns, product launches, and demand generation initiatives Implement designs from Figma or other design tools accurately and with strong attention to detail Ensure all pages are responsive, fast-loading, and consistent across devices and browsers CMS and Content Management Manage the Webflow CMS including content structure, collections, and dynamic content Support the marketing team in publishing and updating content without creating technical debt Maintain organized and consistent CMS architecture as the site grows Performance and Technical Maintenance Monitor and improve site performance including load speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO fundamentals Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly without disrupting live pages Maintain clean site architecture and avoid unnecessary complexity as pages accumulate Implement basic SEO best practices including meta tags, heading structure, and page organization Conversion Optimization Support Build landing pages with conversion in mind including clear hierarchy, strong CTAs, and minimal friction Support A/B testing and experimentation by implementing page variants accurately Coordinate with marketing and design stakeholders to iterate on page performance What You Bring Strong, hands-on Webflow proficiency including CMS, interactions, responsive design, and custom code where needed Experience building and maintaining websites for B2B SaaS or technology companies Ability to implement designs from Figma or similar tools accurately and efficiently Understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and basic technical SEO Comfortable working independently and shipping pages quickly without requiring heavy direction Strong attention to detail with clean, maintainable work that does not create problems down the line Clear written communication skills for coordinating with marketing and design stakeholders Nice to Have Experience with custom code integrations in Webflow including JavaScript and CSS Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Segment, or similar Background building landing pages for enterprise B2B or fintech companies Experience with Webflow Optimize or similar A/B testing tools Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Linear, or Slack for async team collaboration How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A portfolio link showing Webflow sites or pages you have built, ideally for B2B or SaaS companies A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, walking through a Webflow project you are proud of, and describing the most technically complex part of the build Only candidates who submit both a portfolio and Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
