Impact
This role sits at the intersection of web, marketing, and execution. You’ll act as a hands-on partner to the client, supporting go-to-market launches by translating strategy into high-quality web experiences and deliverables.
Operating within defined scopes to move work forward, you will conduct research, shape web recommendations, and translate marketing and product needs into clear briefs and actionable web workstreams. You’ll ensure that web is effectively positioned within the broader marketing funnel, from acquisition through engagement. You play a critical role in helping the client make informed decisions about how web supports launches, from structure and content to performance and measurement, while keeping work organized, prioritized, and moving.
Key Responsibilities
Web Marketing & Execution
- Translate marketing initiatives into effective web experiences, including landing pages, campaign pages, and other digital experiences
- Develop clear briefs and requirements that translate marketing, product, audience, and brand needs into actionable web work
- Partner across design, content, development, and other stakeholders to move work from brief through execution
- Support decisions around site structure, content types, and user journeys, including landing page strategy, SEO considerations, and content formats
- Ensure web experiences align with broader campaign and product launch goals
Go-to-Market Support
- Support product and campaign launches through targeted tasks, including research, audits, recommendations, planning, and execution
- Conduct analysis on customer journeys, the competitive landscape, and SEO opportunities
- Understand how audience, product, brand, and campaign priorities come together across the web experience
- Contribute to shaping how web fits into the full marketing funnel
Project Management & Prioritization
- Manage day-to-day workflow, balancing multiple incoming requests with varying levels of urgency
- Triage and prioritize work effectively, making informed tradeoffs when needed
- Maintain organization across tasks, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Communicate progress clearly and proactively
- Translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements, next steps, and executable workstreams
Analytics & Optimization
- Use data to validate decisions and inform recommendations
- Analyze site performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, and traffic behavior
- Contribute to reporting and dashboards to track performance and impact
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with the client, maintaining strong alignment and communication
- Check in proactively on direction and approach rather than working in isolation
- Translate between teams with different priorities, inputs, and areas of expertise
- Navigate different personalities and working styles with strong emotional intelligence
- Read the room and adapt communication and execution style accordingly
- Provide cross-functional partners with the context and direction needed to move work forward effectively

Required
- 4–7 years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or closely related roles, such as web strategy, web marketing management, digital experience, or marketing operations ideally in a management consulting setting
- Experience developing briefs, requirements, and project plans for web initiatives
- Experience supporting marketing or product launches and contributing to web strategy and execution, without necessarily owning full programs end-to-end
- Strong understanding of how web fits into the full marketing funnel, including acquisition, engagement, and conversion, with knowledge of:
- Landing page strategy
- SEO fundamentals
- Content structure and user journeys
- Experience using data to inform decisions, including familiarity with web analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion behavior
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams, especially in environments with shifting or ambiguous priorities
- Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, creative, design, development, or related teams
- Ability to translate inputs from multiple stakeholders into clear, actionable web requirements and workstreams
- Ability to operate with autonomy within a defined scope while proactively aligning with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred
- Familiarity with SEO basics and how they integrate into web content workflows
- Consumer hardware, e-commerce, or devices web marketing background
- Experience with project management tools
- Content strategy experience, including educational guides, product exploration, or editorial calendars
- Agency coordination experience
Compensation & Benefits
Sia invests in total rewards that support how our people work, live, and grow.
Compensation
Base Salary: $130,600–$135,700. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by applicable law.

Workplace
Sia values in-person collaboration. When serving clients, consultants may be required to work onsite at a client location based on engagement needs. Between client engagements, consultants are expected to work from a Sia office or approved coworking location at least three days per week. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of a Sia office or approved coworking location. Sia maintains offices and coworking arrangements across multiple U.S. markets, including New York City, Charlotte, Greater Seattle, San Francisco Greater Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Washington D.C.
