Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Capital Markets Specialist to support market research, investor positioning, capital strategy, and financial market intelligence across Web3, crypto, and digital asset ecosystems. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Canada focused on Web3 capital markets, digital asset strategy, crypto fundraising, token markets, and blockchain-based financial growth.

The Web3 Capital Markets Specialist will research digital asset markets, monitor funding trends, support capital strategy materials, and prepare insights across crypto projects, token ecosystems, Web3 startups, investor communities, capital flows, fundraising campaigns, and blockchain-based financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in Web3 finance, crypto markets, investor relations, digital asset growth, and capital market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Research Web3 capital markets, crypto fundraising trends, digital asset markets, token ecosystems, blockchain startups, and investor activity

• Monitor capital flows, funding rounds, market sentiment, liquidity conditions, token performance, launch activity, and Web3 investment trends

• Support investor positioning, capital strategy, fundraising narratives, market research, and commercial strategy for Web3-focused projects

• Prepare capital markets reports, investor intelligence updates, funding briefs, market summaries, and digital asset research materials

• Track developments across crypto exchanges, venture activity, token launches, Web3 communities, DeFi platforms, and blockchain infrastructure

• Support analysis of market positioning, project traction, token economics, investor communication, funding readiness, and growth opportunities

• Collaborate with marketing, strategy, and client-facing teams on Web3 growth campaigns, investor materials, market expansion, and capital-focused initiatives

• Maintain organized research files, funding trackers, investor maps, token watchlists, capital markets notes, and Web3 intelligence resources

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Web3 capital markets, cryptocurrency, digital assets, token launches, investor relations, and blockchain finance

• Familiarity with crypto markets, Web3 fundraising, digital asset research, venture activity, capital strategy, or token-based business models

• Understanding of market cycles, investor sentiment, capital flows, liquidity, token economics, project positioning, and Web3 growth strategy

• Familiarity with crypto analytics tools, market data platforms, blockchain explorers, fundraising databases, TradingView, or Web3 research dashboards is a plus

• Strong research, analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to explain capital market trends, investor positioning, Web3 funding opportunities, and digital asset insights clearly

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and strategy priorities

• Previous experience in Web3, crypto research, capital markets, investor relations, fintech, marketing strategy, or digital asset projects is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: CAD115,000 - CAD125,000 per year depending on experience
