Role Description
We are hiring a Web3 Portfolio Manager to lead portfolio research, digital asset analysis, market intelligence, and investment-focused strategy across Web3 and cryptocurrency markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on Web3 portfolio management, digital asset markets, blockchain finance, crypto portfolio strategy, and emerging financial technology.
The Web3 Portfolio Manager will monitor digital asset markets, evaluate portfolio opportunities, support allocation strategy, and prepare investment-focused materials across cryptocurrencies, DeFi protocols, tokenized assets, stablecoins, blockchain infrastructure, and Web3-native financial products. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in Web3 investing, digital asset portfolios, consulting, business strategy, crypto markets, and blockchain-based finance.
Responsibilities
• Lead research across Web3 markets, cryptocurrency assets, digital assets, token ecosystems, DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and tokenized assets
• Monitor token performance, liquidity conditions, capital flows, market cycles, investor sentiment, volatility, macro themes, and ecosystem developments
• Support portfolio strategy, asset allocation research, investment positioning, risk awareness, and opportunity evaluation across crypto and Web3 markets
• Prepare portfolio research reports, market intelligence updates, digital asset briefs, investment summaries, allocation notes, and strategy materials
• Track developments across crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, Web3 startups, blockchain infrastructure, regulatory updates, institutional adoption, and digital transformation trends
• Evaluate portfolio opportunities across DeFi, tokenized assets, Web3 infrastructure, stablecoins, protocols, layer-1 and layer-2 networks, and crypto-native products
• Collaborate with team members on portfolio analysis, strategy research, consulting support, market intelligence, and digital asset initiatives
• Maintain organized research files, portfolio trackers, opportunity pipelines, token watchlists, allocation notes, and Web3 intelligence resources
Qualifications
• Strong interest in Web3 portfolio management, cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, blockchain finance, DeFi, stablecoins, and tokenized finance
• Familiarity with portfolio strategy, investment research, asset allocation, crypto markets, token analysis, blockchain networks, or digital asset ecosystems
• Understanding of liquidity, capital flows, token sectors, market cycles, investor sentiment, portfolio exposure, risk factors, and financial market concepts
• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, TradingView, portfolio tools, market data platforms, or investment research tools is a plus
• Strong research, analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, organizational, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain Web3 portfolio themes, digital asset risks, crypto market trends, and investment opportunities clearly
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple portfolio, research, and strategy priorities
• Previous experience in portfolio analysis, investment research, crypto research, consulting, fintech, asset management, financial markets, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation
- Salary range: SGD120,000 - SGD145,000 per year depending on experience
