Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 Technical Analyst to support technical research, blockchain market analysis, digital asset intelligence, and transaction-focused insights across Web3 and cryptocurrency markets. This is a full-time, paid remote role based in Singapore focused on Web3 technical analysis, blockchain ecosystems, digital asset markets, crypto infrastructure, and emerging technology research.

The Web3 Technical Analyst will research blockchain networks, evaluate Web3 technology trends, monitor digital asset markets, and prepare technical insights that support advisory, valuation, and transaction strategy work. This role is ideal for someone with strong interest in blockchain technology, Web3 infrastructure, crypto markets, technical research, M&A advisory, and emerging financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Research Web3 technologies, blockchain networks, smart contract platforms, digital assets, DeFi protocols, token ecosystems, and crypto infrastructure

• Monitor technical developments across layer-1 and layer-2 networks, decentralized applications, exchanges, blockchain tooling, token markets, and Web3 startups

• Support technical analysis for digital asset businesses, blockchain ventures, Web3 platforms, transaction research, market positioning, and valuation-related insights

• Prepare technical research notes, market intelligence updates, ecosystem summaries, blockchain briefs, transaction research inputs, and strategy materials

• Track developments across crypto exchanges, DeFi platforms, Web3 companies, venture-backed blockchain businesses, regulatory updates, and institutional adoption

• Evaluate technical opportunities and risks across smart contracts, tokenized assets, blockchain infrastructure, DeFi, stablecoins, protocols, and crypto-native products

• Collaborate with team members on technical due diligence support, market research, M&A analysis, valuation inputs, transaction strategy, and digital asset intelligence projects

• Maintain organized research files, ecosystem trackers, protocol notes, token watchlists, transaction notes, valuation materials, and Web3 intelligence resources

Qualifications

• Strong interest in Web3 technology, blockchain infrastructure, cryptocurrency markets, digital assets, M&A advisory, investment banking, and emerging fintech

• Familiarity with blockchain networks, smart contracts, token analysis, Web3 platforms, DeFi protocols, digital assets, or crypto infrastructure

• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, wallets, transactions, consensus mechanisms, token utility, technical market trends, and Web3 business models

• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, crypto analytics tools, DeFi dashboards, GitHub, TradingView, market data platforms, or technical research tools is a plus

• Strong research, analytical, organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to explain technical Web3 concepts, blockchain trends, digital asset risks, and market opportunities clearly

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while managing multiple research and analysis priorities

• Previous experience in blockchain research, technical analysis, crypto research, fintech, software products, investment research, M&A research, or Web3 projects is helpful

Compensation

Salary range: SGD110,000 - SGD120,000 per year depending on experience
