Technical Support Analyst

We have extensive expertise in Capital Markets and in particular Trading and Risk Management functions. We are currently looking for number of Technical System Analysts join our team in Singapore. Skills & Experience  Relevant degree in Business, Maritime Studies, Information Systems, or a related field  3–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst role  Understanding of marine operations and chartering workflows (preferred)  Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering, including translating business needs into system requirements  Experience working with enterprise systems and SaaS platforms  Ability to analyse system usage, licensing models, and cost structures  Strong stakeholder management and communication skills  Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail  Experience supporting BAU operations and incident management  Familiarity with marine systems (e.g. IMOS) is an advantage
