Key Responsibilities Develop and manage content calendars across relevant social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, etc.). Create, curate, and schedule social media content aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives. Monitor and engage with communities - responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and on-brand manner. Analyze organic social performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. Identify and capitalize on trending content formats, platform features, and cultural moments. Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high-quality social assets. Develop and test content strategies to grow followers, improve engagement rates, and increase reach. Manage influencer or creator relationships where applicable. Brief and coordinate with paid media teams to amplify high-performing organic content. Stay current with platform algorithm changes, new features, and social media best practices Must-Have Requirements 2–4+ years of professional experience managing social media for brands or agencies. Proven experience growing social media accounts organically across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone, messaging, and brand voice for different audiences. Experience creating and managing content calendars across multiple brands or campaigns. Proficiency with social media management platforms such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer, or similar. Strong understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, and performance reporting. Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging, high-performing content. Experience collaborating with designers, video editors, and marketing teams. Excellent organization, communication, and project management skills. Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher). Nice-to-Have Requirements Experience managing social media for e-commerce or DTC brands. Hands-on experience creating or editing short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Familiarity with influencer marketing and creator partnerships. Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools. Knowledge of paid social advertising and integrating organic content with paid campaigns. Experience launching or scaling new social media accounts from the ground up. Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and social attribution. Experience working remotely with distributed international teams.
