Job Description This is a remote position. Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance Monitor website performance, uptime, and functionality; troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly Manage website hosting, domains, and server configurations in coordination with IT or hosting providers Implement and maintain website security measures, including backups, updates, and vulnerability monitoring Optimize website performance, SEO, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance) Manage content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms Coordinate website enhancements, new features, and integrations with internal teams or external vendors Track website analytics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights Ensure cross-browser and mobile responsiveness compatibility Maintain documentation for website processes, updates, and technical configurations Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience as a Webmaster, Web Administrator, or similar role Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal) Knowledge of web hosting environments, DNS, FTP/SFTP, and SSL certificates Familiarity with SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Based in Egypt Preferred Qualifications Experience with PHP, Python, or other web-related programming languages Knowledge of website security standards and compliance requirements Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design tools Experience managing e-commerce platforms and payment gateways Understanding of accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques Soft Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to work independently and as part of a team
