Website Designer & Developer (WordPress)

Master Digital is looking for an experienced Web Designer & Developer who can independently design and build high-quality WordPress websites using Elementor.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership of projects, has a strong eye for design, communicates well in English, and actively uses AI tools to improve productivity and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern, responsive WordPress websites using Elementor.
• Take ownership of website projects from concept to completion.
• Create clean, professional, and conversion-focused website designs.
• Ensure websites are mobile responsive and user-friendly.
• Optimise website speed and performance.
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager throughout each project.
• Troubleshoot website issues independently before escalating.
• Use AI tools to improve design, development, copywriting, and productivity.

Requirements

• ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience building WordPress websites.
• ✅ Strong experience with Elementor (Required).
• ✅ Strong understanding of modern UI/UX design principles.
• ✅ Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• ✅ Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• ✅ Strong attention to detail.
• ✅ Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Figma AI, or similar.
• ✅ Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
