Website Developer & GoHighLevel (GHL) Administrator (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Website Developer & GoHighLevel (GHL) Administrator to support the ongoing maintenance, development, and optimization of our company's websites and digital systems.

You will help maintain multiple company websites, landing pages, and GoHighLevel assets across our brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both technical problem-solving and building efficient digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management

• Maintain and update company websites across multiple brands.
• Create and publish new pages, landing pages, and website content.
• Update text, images, videos, and downloadable resources.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot website issues and resolve bugs promptly.
• Perform routine website maintenance, backups, plugin updates, and security checks.
• Optimize website speed and overall performance.
• Provide recommendations for improving website functionality, user experience, and marketing automation.
• Communicate project progress and completed tasks in a timely manner.

GoHighLevel (GHL)

• Build and maintain funnels and landing pages.
• Create and update forms, surveys, calendars, and websites within GHL.
• Set up and maintain CRM pipelines, workflows, and automations.
• Manage email and SMS campaigns.
• Troubleshoot automation and integration issues.
• Maintain contact records, opportunities, and custom fields.
• Assist with new marketing campaigns and system implementations.

Technical Support

• Manage domains, DNS, SSL certificates, hosting, and website migrations as needed.
• Implement tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other marketing scripts.
• Test new website features before launch.
• Document technical processes and system updates.

Qualifications

• Experience managing WordPress websites (Elementor experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Experience with website hosting, DNS, SSL, and domain management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO and CRM best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or API integrations.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience supporting multiple brands or small businesses.

• Company websites remain updated, secure, and fully functional.
• Website and GHL requests are completed accurately and on time.
• Automations and CRM workflows operate reliably.
• Landing pages and marketing assets are launched efficiently.
• Technical issues are resolved quickly with minimal downtime.
• Documentation is kept organized and up to date.
• Regularly update events on the website.

Employment Details

• Full-Time of 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
• Location will be remote
• Must be available to work during Pacific Time (PST) or Hawaii Standard Time (HST) business hours.
