Role Description The Wellness Coach role at Brevity Consults is a remote, contract position focused on supporting the health and well-being of clients working in high-demand real estate environments. In this role, the Wellness Coach will conduct virtual coaching sessions, provide personalized wellness guidance, and help clients create sustainable health routines that support their professional and personal goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, developing wellness plans, offering basic nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, and tracking progress over time. The Wellness Coach will also maintain clear documentation, communicate regularly with clients, and collaborate with internal team members to align wellness support with the company’s broader brand and productivity goals.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Health & Wellness and Nutrition, with the ability to translate best practices into practical, everyday guidance.
• Experience in Wellness Coaching and Coaching, including conducting one-on-one sessions and creating individualized wellness plans.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and building trusting, professional relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple clients, and maintain organized records and follow-ups.
• Relevant certification in wellness coaching, health coaching, nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the demands of real estate or other high-performance professions is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with video conferencing and digital tools.
