About Inchaa

Inchaa connects real construction projects with verified professionals across the UAE.

Homeowners and developers can post projects such as villa renovations, new builds, MEP works, landscaping, and fit-outs. Verified professionals receive relevant project requests and submit quotations directly through the platform.

The Role

We’re hiring two Customer Support & Growth Associates based in Egypt to join us remotely.

You’ll communicate with homeowners, developers, and construction professionals, help them use the platform, answer their questions, and follow up when needed.

You’ll also help us reach and onboard new users, so the role includes some sales and growth responsibilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer questions and resolve issues.
  • Guide users through posting projects and submitting quotations.
  • Onboard new professionals and help them complete their profiles.
  • Follow up with potential and existing users.
  • Check that profiles, projects, and quotations meet platform standards.
  • Collect user feedback and share recurring issues with the team.
  • Support simple outreach and marketing activities.
  • Help improve user activation, satisfaction, and retention.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Good Arabic communication skills.
  • A patient, helpful, and professional attitude.
  • Confidence speaking with customers and potential users.
  • Good problem-solving, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable using web platforms, spreadsheets, and basic CRM or support tools.
  • A reliable internet connection.
  • Previous experience in customer support, sales, operations, or account management is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms or construction services is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
