At Cold Atmospheric Plasma Consortium (CAP CONSORTIUM), we are pioneering the next generation of advanced skincare technologies through the application of Cold Atmospheric Plasma (CAP). Our mission is to transform cosmetic science by developing breakthrough Plasma-Activated Skincare™ products, including next-generation serums, creams, masks, toners, and treatment systems designed to redefine skin health and cosmetic performance.

We are seeking a Cosmetic & Skincare Innovation Specialist who combines scientific expertise, product development experience, strategic thinking, and a passion for building innovative brands. This is not a traditional formulation role—it is an opportunity to help create an entirely new category of skincare technology.

The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary research and development initiatives across CAP CONSORTIUM’s international network of research centers, universities, and industry partners. This role will focus on translating scientific discoveries into commercially viable products by connecting researchers, formulators, engineers, marketing teams, and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will transform complex scientific results into compelling product concepts, innovation strategies, and brand narratives that communicate the value of our technology to consumers, partners, and investors.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a unique combination of scientist, innovation strategist, and brand builder—someone capable of managing collaborations across multiple institutions while translating cutting-edge research into premium skincare products and market-ready innovations.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable discussing formulation chemistry with researchers, defining product positioning with creative and marketing teams, and communicating technological value to investors and strategic partners.

Experience in areas such as cosmetic science, cosmetic chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical engineering, formulation development, or skincare innovation is highly valued.
