Junior–Mid Level Recruiter - Medellin Hybrid

We are seeking a Junior–Mid Level Recruiter to join our growing team and support recruitment efforts for the U.S. transportation and driver industry.

The ideal candidate is a bilingual, motivated, and proactive professional with previous recruiting experience supporting U.S.-based companies. Experience recruiting commercial drivers or within the transportation, logistics, or staffing industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate outreach, phone screens, and interviews in English and Spanish.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meet recruiting goals and performance expectations.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment activity.
• Stay proactive in identifying new sourcing strategies and opportunities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience working with or recruiting for U.S.-based companies is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish with strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience recruiting drivers or transportation-related positions is a strong plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• A results-oriented and business-minded approach to recruiting.
