LaraTribe is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to help us connect companies worldwide with highly skilled Laravel developers.

💼 Job Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll identify potential clients, generate quality leads, follow up with prospects, schedule meetings, and help close deals while working closely with our recruitment and technical teams.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and networking.

• Identify and connect with startups, agencies, and enterprise clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

• Schedule discovery calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.

• Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert them into clients.

• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and update CRM with client interactions.

• Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements.

• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

• Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

🎯 Requirements

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

✔ Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, or CRM tools is a plus

✔ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn

✔ Passion for sales and business development

💰 Salary

₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (Based on skills and interview performance)
