Dein Verantwortungsbereich Unterstützung bei Buchhaltungsprozessen (Ausbuchungen, Bereinigungen) in SAP. Bearbeitung rechtlicher Aspekte im Kontext von Insolvenzrecht und Gesellschaftsrecht bei Transaktionen. Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Finanzberichten, Kontenabstimmungen und gegebenenfalls Monatsabschlusstätigkeiten. Zusammenarbeit mit Finance, Legal und Compliance, Unterstützung bei Audits und Regulatorik-Anforderungen. Dokumentation von Prozessen, Klarstellungen und Wissensdatenbanken; Beitrag zu Prozessverbesserungen. Das bringst du mit Eingeschriebener Studienplatz in Betriebswirtschaft, Finance, Rechtswissenschaften oder vergleichbar. Eigenverantwortlichkeit, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch; Englisch vorteilhaft). Zahlenverständnis, Buchhaltungskenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse Gesellschaftsrecht. Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise SAP-Kenntnisse und grundlegendes Verständnis von Insolvenzwesen.
