• Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Angeboten und Pitches mit.
• Du pflegst, strukturierst und aktualisierst Daten in verschiedenen Tools und Plattformen.
• Du betreust das gemeinsame Team-Postfach und stellst sicher, dass eingehende Anfragen strukturiert, priorisiert und zuverlässig bearbeitet werden.
• Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich Sales Enablement mit.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Du bist immatrikuliert und hast noch mindestens zwei Semester Studienzeit vor dir.
• Du verfügst über sehr gute, professionelle Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und kannst Inhalte klar, präzise und adressatengerecht formulieren.
• Du arbeitest sehr sorgfältig und strukturiert, insbesondere wenn du Informationen, Dokumente und Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen zusammenführst und aktuell hältst.
• Du kannst Anfragen schnell erfassen, sinnvoll priorisieren und zuverlässig nachhalten, sodass im Team-Postfach nichts verloren geht.
• Du hast ein gutes Gespür für professionell aufbereitete Unterlagen und möchtest bei Angeboten, Präsentationen und Pitches nicht nur zuarbeiten, sondern aktiv mitgestalten.
• Du behältst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben und Deadlines den Überblick und organisierst dich eigenständig.
• Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, insbesondere mit PowerPoint, Excel und Outlook, und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Tools und Plattformen ein.
• Du interessierst dich für Vertriebsprozesse und Sales Enablement und hast Lust, bestehende Abläufe zu hinterfragen und konkrete Verbesserungen einzubringen.
