Job Description Werkstudent:in IT-Support Deine Aufgaben Telefonischer und persönlicher First-Level-Support der Anwender:innen bei IT‑Störungen aus dem Hard- und Softwarebereich Unterstützung der Mitarbeiter:innen im Service­desk sowie im Betrieb bei der Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT‑Systemen und ‑Anwendungen Selbstständige Analyse und Lösung von IT‑Problemen, inkl. der fallabschließenden Ticketbearbeitung Mitarbeit an Projekten und IT‑Maßnahmen Beratung und Schulung der Anwender:innen Dein Profil Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik mit guten Leistungen und einer Reststudiendauer von mindestens einem Jahr Erste Erfahrungen im Support von Windows‑Systemen, insbesondere AD User Management, von Vorteil Hohe IT‑Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit den Microsoft‑Produkten Ausgeprägte Kund:innen‑ und Service­orientierung sowie Organisationsstärke Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein Grundkenntnisse einer Programmiersprache, z. B.
