Job Description Werkstudent:in Personalentwicklung Vertrieb Deine Aufgaben Planung und Organisation von Lern- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen Koordination von Terminen sowie Abstimmung mit internen Ansprechpartner:innen und externen Dienstleistenden Administration von Schulungsangeboten im Learning Management System SAP SuccessFactors Betreuung unserer Schnittstelle zur Weiterbildungsinitiative „Gut Beraten“ Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen im Vertrieb Dein Profil Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs Reststudiendauer von mindestens einem Jahr Spaß an organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpersonen Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und organisatorisches Geschick Routinierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau) Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
