Key Responsibilities Conduct scheduled virtual consultations via Zoom with veterans and their families Clearly explain supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options Guide clients through enrollment and provide post-enrollment support Maintain accurate and compliant digital records and follow-up communication Participate in weekly training sessions, team development calls, and leadership workshops What We Offer Fully Remote Work Environment Work from anywhere in the United States.
